Tiny Toes Service Coordination is a NYC Early Intervention Program (EIP) service coordination agency with over 20 years of combined experience helping families navigate the system, so you never have to figure it out alone.
We don't provide therapy directly. What we do is just as important: we handle everything that happens before and around therapy — the referrals, the evaluations, the paperwork, the coordination — so your child gets connected to the right support as quickly as possible, at no cost to your family. We work with families from all five boroughs, speaking your language every step of the way.
