Our Story
More than 20 years of serving NYC families
Tiny Toes Service Coordination was founded with one belief: every child, regardless of zip code or background, deserves the chance to reach their full potential.
We are a woman and minority-owned agency, built from the ground up by people who are deeply rooted in the communities we serve. Our founders bring over two decades of hands-on Early Intervention experience, and our team of coordinators adds years more.
What makes our team different isn't just professional experience. Some of our service coordinators have navigated the Early Intervention system personally, as parents of children who have been through the program themselves. They know what it feels like to wonder if your child is on track. They know the uncertainty of waiting for an evaluation, and the relief of finally getting the right support in place. When they guide a family through this process, it comes from a place of genuine understanding — not just training.

What Is Service Coordination?
We're Your Guide Through the Early Intervention System.
Service Coordination is a free service provided to all families enrolled in New York City's Early Intervention Program. Your Service Coordinator is your dedicated advocate; someone who knows the system inside and out, and works on your family's behalf.
We are not a therapy provider. We coordinate access to therapists, evaluators, and specialists — handling all the scheduling, paperwork, and follow-up so you don't have to.
Best of all: service coordination is provided at no cost to your family.

Tiny Toes works alongside Big Minds Tiny Hands, a licensed Early Intervention therapy provider offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Special Instruction, ABA Therapy, and Evaluations across New York City.
